As a former owner of a successful café for over 18 years, I enjoyed baking and creating wholesome meals from scratch for all my loyal customers. My knowledge and combined experiences as a baker, cook, running and maintaining the day to day operations of a business, managing staff, remaining calm with difficult situations and an eye for detail and presentation are just a few things I have come away with.

As an innkeeper I cared for several historic inns, appreciating their grandeur and tenderness. I also understand the tricks of the trade, the ups and downs and the unexpected that can happen. Having a smooth running inn and pleasing your guests will be my number one priority. Combining my lifetime experiences with the day to day operations of your inn will ensure your guests will have the most pleasant stay, while the upmost care is given to your inn. 

I will care for your inn for as little as one day. This allows you precious time to get away and relief knowing you can do what needs to be done.
