I have since progressed to culinary school, innsitting training and have 18 years corporate experience as an engineer overseeing maintenance activities and providing cost analysis for management. Throughout my career I have been in the service industry and am very customer focused. I enjoy everything about the hospitality industry, am very people-oriented, energetic, a hard worker, organized, competent, independent and dependable.
