John and Shirley's most recent assignments have been long term, summers as manager and chef at a private club on the coast of Maine, where John also served as bookkeeper, newsletter writer and publisher, and as Mr. Fix-It. During November-February they have been house manager and chef at a 53,000 acre, 12 member, South Carolina hunting club. They are now available, one or both, from March 1 to November 1 for short or long assignments to provide you permanent or interim management and kitchen services. Foreign assignments considered.
