Chuck and Tom are a "hospitality team" with 13 years experience in building their 7-room Bed and Breakfast into one of New Jersey's "Top Ten" inns. Chuck started his hospitality career as a passenger waiter and "cooked" his way through college, seminary, and raising a large family. Tom owned a coffee shop for 16 years. Chuck is also a career Interim Presbyterian minister. Guests at their former "Pillars of Plainfield" gave them consistent high marks for hospitality and cooking. Now they are enjoying the challenge of bringing their professional hospitality to the guests of other's inns & small resorts. |
